  1. To buy the present land where the church meets since last 3 years under a whether shed. The land is in prime location and is for immediate sale. The offer to the church is Rs.10,000,000-00 and is less by 15-20% as compared to the market value.

  2. Have a three level building constructed with parking in the basement, the church hall on the ground floor and the primary school for slum children on the first floor.
